I don't think they're going out of business but getting consolidated with Denali. Anywho, there are some unbelievable deals on there right now. For example, if you've ever considered adding any accessories like lights, horn, charging ports, etc to a canbus bike, their deal on the HEX ezCan - normally over $200 - is $90.
As soon as they announced all this there was a run on their Givi products and I think they're sold out of most of that. Worth a look.
