Fast forward to 16:00 for the background story, then the actual race with the issues starts at 17:00.

Then the real quad-tastic excitement is if you start watching at 31:00. Full on brawl the pits.

Lucky him! It's dumb that this happened, but at least it was something exciting and different. I loved the views of the crowd while this was going down.
