User account creation

Did you know that user account creation has been disabled? I have no idea for how long, probably since before I took over *two years* ago, but I didn't know until I had a buddy try to create an account and he couldn't. I never even noticed that there was no "register user" link active. Well, it's back now. So tell all your riding buddies they can create accounts now and come hang out!
