The September weekend that seems most popular I am working , the other weekend, in August would be good for me. If it falls on a weekend I am not working I will be there, sounds like a blast.

ooops, its on my calander for the first weekend in sept. that gives you plenty of time to find someone to fill in for you. or just send the dog and the cook (with brownies). shewhopackstoooomuch can come also.
