I just swapped tires on my dualsport bike. Tusk Dsports. I've had them on other bikes, but both were bikes I didnt' put many miles on before I sold them.

Most likely I'll keep this one for a while. I'd like to get higher mileage and see how well they wear in and last.

I've found it to be all about the technique. Using plenty of lube always helps, too. I also try to change my tires like I would on a trail, so I use either the tools in my kit or identical ones from my toolbox. I cheat on the lube in my pack and bring a small can of WD-40, but at home I'll use ...

Of course not! Im riding the sure-footed “Enduro Burro” crf300. Even though things were very slick from the heavy rains. We just ride up the bank and around.

I haven't been to Greenridge since they closed the ORV loop; that has to be 10+ years now. BUT.... I recently picked up a couple of dual sport bikes for my son and me, and he will be going to college at WVU which is only like 2 hours from GR. GR might be a good half-way spot for us to meet up for ...

I'm happy to hear about more single track. I hope its successful.

For me personally its well beyond a 2 hour drive, which is around my limit for a day trip.
